General Terms and Conditions

Fox Bear Studio uses Royal Mail postal service for all orders, domestic and international Once your package is handed to Royal Mail, postage is out of my hands. Fox Bear Studio is not responsible for damaged, delayed, lost, or stolen packages. You can email me if you would like your package to be tracked for an additional cost.

Please make sure to double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct and written in full before placing your order. If you realise there was an error, please message me with the correct address as soon as possible before it ships. Items will not be re-shipped.

Note: Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays with Royal Mail my postal provider here in the United Kingdom. Some domestic orders could take up to 2-4 weeks, and international orders could take up to 6-12 weeks. Most orders have still been arriving on time, but please keep this in mind before placing your order. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, and I’ll gladly assist when possible!

Returns & exchanges 

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations

All sells are final, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. No refunds will be given due to any issues caused by the postal service as I have no control over the postal service. However, if you need any assistance I will gladly try my best to help.

Payments 

Squarespace, which is the platform I use for my shop. It keeps your payment information secure. Fox Bear Studio never receives your credit card information.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
