Where is my file?

The file is emailed to you automatically after purchase to whatever email address you specified. Although it's automatic it can take a few minutes or more. Also, check your spam folder in case your email box sorted it there by mistake. If you've already waited and checked spam and still have not received your file please reach out so we can make sure you do.

Do you accept returns?

No. All sales are final. Given the nature of digital downloads there is no way to return the file once it's been emailed to you. For this reason we do not accept returns. If you have questions about a design we highly recommend contacting us before you purchase. If there is some kind of error on our part (like we sent you the wrong file) then please do let us know as we would want to make that right.

How to Print?

Simply download the files to your computer.

All files will be deliver in the format of Adobe PDF files. You will need an application software to open your digital files. Adobe Acrobat is the most popular program for printing and editing PDF documents.
